Recently, we had the privilege of witnessing the invaluable role these volunteers play in the life of one of our senior fosters, Hansel, a sweet poodle mix battling illness. From Campbell to Pacifica, Hansel embarked on a journey that would not have been possible without the kindness and commitment of a nearby transport volunteer.

Hansel's day began with a visit to the vet, where he received the care he needed to address his health challenges. But his journey didn't end there. Thanks to our transport volunteer, he was whisked away to the volunteers home in Campbell, where he had the opportunity to meet a new furry friend, enjoy a delightful photoshoot, and indulge in some tasty treats.

For Hansel, this journey was not just a routine trip—it was a lifeline. It provided him with the care, comfort, and companionship he needed to thrive during a challenging time. And behind the scenes, it was made possible by the selfless dedication of our transport volunteers.
